Talk comments

Interesting insight into a specific problem, included many demonstrations, thanks for sharing. The talk was exactly what's on the tin.

+ competent in the subject matter
+ fluent English
+ the speaker tried to compensate for lack of conf orga and set up his own network to share database
- this didn't work for all attendees
as a result:
- no practical exercise (I feel a little cheated out of my money as I specifically asked on sign up if practical exercises were included)
- - no wifi available so following links or reading background information was impossible
- - if talks are advertised in English and you have to raise your hand to 'demand English' it's a bit awkward

It would have been nice to walk away with a small working PHP + CouchDB application, the workshop was unfortunately not more then a lengthy speaker session.

+ Live part & materials brilliantly prepared and executed

This session was fun, thank you!

To make it perfect:
* communicated instructions clearly to all participants
* more time needed to reflect and provide background info
* provide more background information about Kanban in general

Very well structured, clear speech, lot's of examples. Thank you! I feel confident that I can start 'GIT-ing' ;-)

Kanban interesting concept! But the talk lacked a structured introduction and closing, the practical part was a little chaotic but that was not the speakers fault, he was let down by lack of material. Still, it didn't matter that much. It would have been create to sum up the exercise with a hint on how to implement this in real dev life.

+ many examples on the slides
- not sure about competency, there wasn't a clear answer for many questions
- here again no practical exercise although sold as a workshop

Talk showed an interesting application to use factirey - but
at least to me, it missed the topic according to abstract.

Liked the subject, and the presentation. Several very common problems are well handled by this system

hi Lars,
I already had this idea in an earlier iteration of this talk. There were much more secrets a year ago ;)
Unfortunately even after app. 5 minutes the audience could not agree on a set of topics; actually they did want to hear something about every topic. So I decided to define the topics myself and have at least 5 more Minutes to talk.

Nevertheless thanks for the positive feedback.

Interessanter Vortrag - wird es die Slides noch zum Download geben?
