All the 🍕 talk made me hungry, but a very strong talk all the same! The example of the bridge pattern could perhaps have been a little clearer to start, but made more sense by the end of it, so really didn't detract from this talk.
One of the most engaging and charismatic speakers I think I've seen. 'The Laravel Core' has the potential to be quite a dry subject, but Christoph made it fun and I think brought the whole audience around to the thinking that we should care about what's going on in the tools we use.
This talk started really nice. I found it super interesting how a company is approaching machine learning to achieve a certain goal. Loved that. But in the end, I had a hard time staying focused. Maybe the section about the different approaches was too long but I'm not sure. Still thanks for sharing this story.
Saw Katy speaking the first time and it was a great experience. She was super funny and had great examples.
A great way to start the conference. Immediately provided valuable lessons that anyone could go away and work with.
I'm glad Dries is back at speaking. Already saw him at Laracon EU conferences and he has so much knowledge to share. Event sourcing is such an interesting new topic and I love to hear more about it. The slides were super neat. The only problem I have with every Event Sourcing talk is, that there is so much information you need to cover and I always find it hard to follow at the end. I'm not sure if we can do something about it. Maybe it is just the topic which is quite complex to explain.
Marcel has become such a great speaker. His live coding skills are next level and building a Laravel package live on stage is just stunning. Nothing to complain.
Wow this Q&A was amazing! I thought I've heard it all before but Jonty did a great job with starting this interview.
Loved this talk and his real-world examples. He is a great guy and a great and funny speaker.
Always love when people speak about real problems they needed to solve and how they approached it. Thanks for sharing this information. I had some problems following what the company did with the information and how it helped them. The talk was more about the problems around. I would have loved to hear more about what they did with the data. Still great and funny talk.
