Lots of great tips, well delivered, and the discussion / Q&A was good too with lots of contributions and suggestions.

This talk was a joke. It was only 15 minutes long with no substance content. I was expecting a lot more from a person that has such an amazing CV as Glen does.
Great talk. Improved my opinion of Oracle no end!! And now almost looking forward to upgrading!
There was lots of good content in the talk, and it was well delivered, the live and prepared examples were helpful and clear. But I (still) feel perplexed by it: I'm not sure what the overall messages were. Were you recommending kata and koan? Or one first then the other? 'Learn design' first is fine, except I'm not sure when you get to that point - surely you're always learning design? I suppose my problem with the talk (and perhaps this is an unfair criticism) is that I'm not clear what I should do next. Should I learn more design things? Should I start doing katas? Or koans?
Even though the talk was good I think speakers should have enought material for the time they are given, and the talk was only 30 minutes talk.
I didn't find this talk either inspiring nor interesting. Pretty much a compilation of what you can find in every enterproneur blog.
Top talk, gave real insight into what's going on underneath, and some useful tips and pointers on usage and things to watch out for.
Really interesting, and surprisingly accessible, given the content!
The best talk of the conference, IMHO.
