Jachim did really great for his first big conference presentation. The presentation was well structured and very well delivered. I agree with the above comments that some extra code samples would be a nice extra.

Very good talk, the live code examples are a big benefit to the presentation and makes everything a lot more easy to follow.
Definitely one of my favourite talks of the confernce. Great hands-on examples, good slides and brought really wel. Great job!
Didn't like it this much. The timing was good. Good questions from the audience didn't get a real answer.
Loved it. Gave me a look inside the head of a good programmer.
As a starter in coding, this session was very helpfull. The first part was easy to understand, so great. At the end I lost it, but that's not due to the speaker.

Great talk, good to see and hear how a really large development team handles release management, and what tools they use.
The title is just a bit confusing, haven't heard much about scaling the team itself, more about the effects of the scaling.
One of the best speakers I saw during the conference. You can see how Rob has a lot of experience in speaking and bringing the subject in calm, yet interesting way with a nice touch of humor.
