Excellent talk!
I have programmed in SF3 before, so obviously did not get as much out of it as some other people.
It was still a great workshop and great delivery that I would recommend to anyone wanting to really *understand* Symfony. I love the way that the components were the main part of the workshop and the buildup with code we refactored into something nicer, starting to resemble SF3. That way people get a deeper understanding for what Symfony really is. I too took some out of it by understanding the framework that I use in my every day life a bit better, and learning about some components I did not know about, such as dotenv.
Thank you.
Well prepared, but not exactly what I expected. But with very useful resources
Thanks
Well prepared, very nice relevant examples, would recommend.
Well I think the talk was ok, but was I my opinion a very Symfony specific and was a bit disappointed/surprised in this as it was stated in the description as being a universal Framework talk
Well it was funny, that was about it, the few actual slides where shown to fast and in some cases not even read by your self.
I think idea was good, but needs some refinements to be more like a actual talk instead of a joke.
And make it shorter.
I really enjoyed your talk, you gave it a with a clear and calm voice, this all ready adds a lot to a good talk.
It was also well structured and a good speed.
I also liked how you explained how every is working and that the whole project is available on github so I can have a other look at it.
Good talk keep it up, I would go a bit slower next time add some practical use cases.
Try you have everything open you need and nothing else, will help you to keep calm during presentation.
Excellent talk with great real world examples! I particularly liked how you filled in some saved time with a quick demo of Kibana
The hangover is worth it.
