Wasn't expecting to learn about what datastores are out there - handy info.
Great talk. Lots of useful info. Will definitely be looking over the slides. Would prefer if the slides were also available in non Mac only format for download (I believe keynote can include PDF version?).

Was pleasantly surprised by the amount of time spent discussing Redis. Great examples and just an overall fun session to listen to.

Great overview of everything that you can do with DateTime. Originally I wasn't sure how you could fill an hour time slot with date and time manipulation but even speeding through slides Derick still ran out of time. So many great features and functions were covered in an almost too short period of time and it wasn't terribly difficult to follow, though at the end it became a bit harder as time ran out and the talk was sped up.
