Working with JavaScript libraries was very briefly looked, seems jQuery has some basic support but not sure what kind of support the other, ExtJS specifically with it's massive components library, are supported. It seems all nice but this is all based on a simple local application, I hope this will all work once I get back in the office to try it out.

A good overview of different deployment methods and tools. Clear and good balance in content. And a couple o nice jokes :)
