Very knowledgeable. Didn't know PSR-0 was deprecated till today. Definitely switching to PSR-4 for future projects. Great job explaining the differences between the 2.
Lots of good info. John knows how to engage the audience. Pointing people to his Vagrant skeletons was a nice touch.

Really good presentation. One of my favorites of the day.
It was quite humbling. Realized that I have a lot of work to do in refactoring some current projects. I need to learn this stuff so that it can be applied on our next Framework app... regardless of Framework used.
Lots of information in this presentation. I thought the material was presented well. I do agree that there were times where it was hard to understand what he was saying, but that was really minor.
I agree with John Klassa on this quote " He's also so familiar with the material that he sometimes has difficulty relating to questions, because the answers are obvious to him." I definitely felt this whenever he was asked a question.
Really liked John as a speaker. Really engaging, full of good content.
I would have liked to see some actual working examples of the principles being discussed. Saw a lot of code, but no execution. I feel like it would have been helpful to show some stuff working, maybe use xdebug to step through and show how events are triggered and responded to. Just a nitpicky thought.
All in all I thought it was a great presentation.
I agree with Ken Fox. It's nice to see that Zend is not making these tools a Zend Studio exclusive.
I feel bad for both speakers on this one since the audience kinda turned the discussion into a PHPStorm vs. ZendStudio discussion... and the majority of the arguing had nothing to do with the actual session topic. I also feel bad for Mikhail because there was also a lengthy discussion between a couple individuals and Mr. Solomin about Zend server pricing, Zend Studio pricing, and other things that very looseley had anything to do with the actual subject of the presentation.
That being said, I think these two issues could have been cleared up if the speakers had spoken up and reigned in the crowd.. so to speak.
I really liked the humor. Really good information. Kinda showed me that I have some refactoring to do on a lot of my projects.
I have to echo some of the previous comments. I wish the environment setup instructions could have been sent in advance. Sending out an email to registrants with instructions to setup something like vagrant and checking out a prebuilt vagrant manifest code have gone a long way into making sure everyone was ready to go ahead of time. Obviously there is no fool proof solution to this (there is always going to be someone who isn't prepared) but I think this would have helped.
That being said, I did really enjoy this presentation. I have some good experience with ZF2 already, so I found the code examples to be clear. There were some bugs in a couple of the exercises, which was a bit of a bummer. All in all, I think I got enough out of this to feel confident in setting Apigility up on my own and playing with it some more.
Favorite talk of the day. Super engaging. Awesome humor. You can tell Chris is an expert in this field. This presentation combined with the presentations on DI have helped me to realize that this whole testing shit is possible. See what I did there?
