I'm not sure if the simplicity of the examples was good or bad. Is it because Apigility is just that easy to use, or did we not explore some other features of the platform? The readmes for the examples could have been clearer, and there were some bugs with the examples (I think mostly example 2).

Overall the talk reaffirmed what I learned last year- I should be using Apigility in my development process.

Pros - Engaging and passionate presenter. Great topic. Breaking a terrifying monolithic task into easy to handle steps.

Cons - Not enough time to cover everything in the slides. Hard to see code samples from the back of the room.

Overall, definitely a helpful presentation. I came away with a lot of good ideas and good resources for digging into the topic deeper.

Great high level overview of everything. Just what was promised. I would like to see more sessions next year going over some of the tools in more detail.

Fabulous talk. Very strong presenter with a good mix of serious and brevity. I was a big fan of the top-down style of the talk

I know that I am guilty of a lot of "I'll do it later" and "This is just for internal users" thinking. Implementing good UX is obviously the goal, but we're not going to get there unless we actually know how to think about it.

Would have liked to see more concrete examples using Jenkins, puppet or some of the other popular tools. The talk gave some high level principles of what we should be doing but didn't go into much depth on how to actually achieve them,

A bit disorganized because the keynote stole all his material? Maybe the presenters & organizers should talk to each other to prevent that.

Like previous comment, I thought I'd learned a few css trick or any other "save a few click" tricks. That didn't happened. I got something really different though, new ways of thinking and approaching different people around me. The presenter was good, funny and very expressive. Kept my attention all the way through.

I questioned the applicability of this talk for Zendcon, however it was quite appropriate for the challenges that I face in my job with ever increasing needs for data accessibility for our business analysts.

I am very glad this was on the agenda.

I loved the demonstration of the extension API. We use a custom built ORM framework and this will help not only debug issues but also be a valuable tool for new developers to learn the framework.

To container or not to container, wished there were more code examples on how containers work and how to maintain them. Also, the slide transitions were kind of annoying.
