Impressive lighting talk with a high value! Must invite Jeroen to our PHPBenelux meeting for a full version of this talk.
Very good 'first' ever talk! Direct useful code!
Humor and some nice crap throwing (no not literally..). A Great talk to follow, Elizabeth knows her crap! Funny enough, a lot of things she said applies to programming in general.
This really helped as I've never been sure which Memcached extension to use. Ilia has very good knowledge on the subject and is a very good speaker.
Was hoping for a bit more detail here, quite a bit of the basic stuff. e.g. The visualisation of the mining data was really interesting. Unfortunate colour scheme meant the code examples were invisible and that broke the flow a bit. That said, he's enthusiastic about his topic and held the the audience's interest.
Interesting almost unprepared talk! Tells me to dive into the latest version of PHPUnderControl!
Informative talk. Lots of info in high, but clear speed!
Good talk, although hard to understand fully of you're not familiar with node.js. Also some more presentation preps would have been in order
Great because you get a different point of view on what is currently very hyped: USE propel, USE doctrine, USE ... another code generator.
Sebastian warns the user on such automagically generated code and how it creates technical debt.
Lesson: it is not because it is hyped that you should follow it: maybe the cake they promise is a lie!
In general I really liked the talk.
Cool pictures in the presentation, good tips and some humor caused this to be a great talk.
