Your talking style was wonderful - funny, clear and professional. Thanks for pointing out all the pitfalls! :-)
But I think it was a tutorial on PHP itself as well, which was not that good if you have quite some professional experience in PHP development.

Good talk but after a while it felt like a flashback repeating is a good way to get your point trough but don't keep repeating it makes the talk a bit long winded.

Good talk, liked the simple actions you can take.
The Q&A bit at the end was very appropriate for this type of talk too.

Nice talk and I got quite a lot of new tips to improve overall performance by little tweaks and it was good to get some of the strategies we already use approved :-)

I liked the content, but it was pretty tough to follow yesterdays keynote.

@Anonymous: I indeed didn't prepare this much; as it came to mind on the morning to get people to put talks up on the schedule. I'm considering turning this into a real talk, but then it has nothing to do with PHP :-)

A good (and short and sweet) introduction into XHP. If not for a lot of questions, the talk would have run quite short. I would perhaps suggest to fill that up by showing some more configuration/examples that tells you how to get started with XHP.

The first 30 min where fantastic, it got a little repatative afterwords. A little less focus on first class apis and more focus on examples and maybe some code to go with that.
