Good talk, but I will have to have a look at the last example after the conference. It looks impressive, but I have not a clear view what is does.

Good talk, good focus on what would make Agile Agile. You might want to refer to the manifesto and the "inspect and adapt" principle to beef it up a tiny bit.

Maybe a bit too heavy for a saturday morning, but definitely worth it!

I loved the practical examples and the effort to make security more accessible.
