Talk comments

The talk was not a good fit for a keynote. Too much historical info which is not relevant anymore. Too much focus on one vendor.

Thanks for the feedback, constructive criticism is ALWAYS welcome!

Focused, clear and entertaining presentation!

Fast paced, focused, super engaging, and inspiring! Can't wait to give these things a try!

I thought this talk was very good, particularly for people that aren't familiar with it. I will be using these concepts in my job, not necessarily to do things I haven't already been doing, but to help convince developers/managers of the importance of this. My only recommandation for change - I personally think there should have been more of the why before jumping into the examples. I felt like there was a little confusion from some people about why some of this refactoring was being done that didn't get explained until afterwards. But that might be just my preference.

Fabulous talk, Michael. Great content and great presentation.

There were some technical issues with the mic, too much history and it was too specific and technical for a keynote. The information was interesting and clearly presented, though.

The speaker basically read out the specs for how to set up replication in 5.6. Interesting info, but I could have gotten the same thing from simply reading it myself. Not a great or engaging talk.

Very informational and great humor. Also gave me a lot of ideas on how and where to use websockets.
