Nice presentation about basics in CSS. Was hoping for some more advanced information, but only a few details where given on CSS3-selectors.
Still nice to know I'm doing it sort of right at the moment :).
Good clear speaker that is easy to follow.
It's a wide subject which caused the presentation lacking in-depth information, which I was hoping for.
Might have been better to have more focus on some parts and give some more in-depth information.
Good and interesting technical talk. Overall presentation was good.
Some points for improving this talk in the future:
- prevent the combination of conflicting colors next to each other like blue and red.
- when using a beamer a black background with a white font usually works best.
as for the contents of the talk:
I missed the following example:
"class newclass extends \fully\qualified\class\name {"
instead there was a heavy emphasis on "use" in a namespace. Most of the time there is no need to for "use" in my humble opinion.
Also the explanation for when a function or constant is missing in a namespace could be a bit more clear. It doesn't "fallback to the globalspace", but the the parent namespace. And it keeps doing that until it finds it or ends up in globalspace where it may give an error.
hope you can use the feedback for future talks!

Good subject, good information, nice sheets although some images might have worked. Especially "gimmick-images" that may be funny in the context.
I was missing some enthusiasm in the posture of the speaker as well as in the way of speaking. Speaker sounded a bit dull, even though I know the enthusiasm of the speaker on the subject. More enthusiasm may make the talk more interesting and may promote opensource even better.
feel free to contact me if unclear or extra feedback is wanted.
This was great. Interesting all the way.
Where are the slides?
Though as it might have been a sponsor talk I haven't heard the crowd laugh as much as at this session.
A low level introduction, I was hoping for a lot more about other NoSQL databases and at least benchmarks. A good reason to go for using MongoDB still is not clear to me. Apparently it loses your data?
This session teached me stuff I can put to practice RIGHT NOW. I will never ever just go for UTF-8 again without thinking. I will make sure my queries are cached from now on. I actually know what Sharding is now.
Thanks! Nice session in front of a full audience.
Very interesting! Love to hear how other companies "tackle" projects. Compairing it with a dish adds a new dimension. Nice!
Good talk. Humorous and funny but completely serious when needed.
Very good talk and very easy to follow speaker.
The math was way over my head and I think most of the attendees. The presentation might do better with a little less theoretical information.
Also a bit more information how to use the different structures in PHP in reality would be nice. What structure to use in what situation for instance?
