LOLs were had, severe burns were handed (static method guy, goto people -I am one of them-...), and overall a great talk abot the past, present and future of PHP.
Good talk, can see what's the point of using this technique, but looks like it can lead to some problems when debugging if you do not have clear and correct info about the system a bug was detected in. Anyway, it was an informative and very clear talk.
I had done some app profiling using Xdebug and XHProf prior to this talk, but this talk has given me some key pointers I am eager to put into action.
A great introduction to Solr. With a tool as powerful as this it is not an easy task to explain its features and lay good foundations for its use in just 2 hours.
Very good talk with simple examples.
The speaker was great and the talk much better than I expected.
The talk was informative and very well delivered by Marco Tabini, but maybe some more hand-on examples would have improved it. Anyway, made great points and was very useful as a starting guide.
Great talk for having a solid starting point on caching using the HTTP protocol.
A great overview of the topic with many insights.
Nice talk, simple and plain for non introduced people like me to the concept of TDD, but deep enough to have a touch with the real thing. Thank you!
