A few technical issues at the beginning which were coped with well. Nothing fazed Stephan and he continued on to give a proficient talk.
A brilliant talk by an experienced developer. It confirmed a few thoughts that I had been having about code I write. It also introduced me to some other ideas which I shall be playing with when I see the need.
Trying to express code in the language of the business was a nice idea and is something I'll be attempting.
Interesting talk showing both the tools the hackers use and a clear pedagogic way of presenting giving us great resources and also a fantastic Q&A - Just what one would expect from this talk.
Of the talks that I attended, this is the one that had me laughing and smiling the most. Josh's dry humour cut through what is after all a heavy subject. Great stuff.
