I found this a very engaging talk, which provided a number of practical use cases, highlighting the diversity and capability of the library. It provided me with some solutions and inspiration for solutions to existing challenges I have. So for me, it was a solid, and very beneficial talk.
This was a great talk. Whilst I think it's more suited to DBA's or DevOps, it was still very informative and I see a series of tools I can use to increase the performance of my applications. Morgen is clearly very knowledgeable about all things MySQL.
This talk I found really good. Whilst some of the content I already knew, some I didn't so I walked away feeling much more confident about my approach to security. That, topped with the examples from practical experience made it a solid talk.
This was a great talk, especially given the complexity of the topic. Joshua's sarcastic humour really helped to make learning SPL much simpler, especially given the naming style which can often times be very confusing. Well worth it and he's clearly very knowledgeable about the topic.
I enjoyed the talk, but feel that it was more of an introduction. That being said, the range of insights from the time at Digg really helped provide insight into when and why to use caching. So, very worthwhile.
This was a great talk which challenged some of my preconceptions, and greatly expanded on my knowledge of the subject. Mathias delivered the talk with passion, clarity and insight. Definitely worth it.
This was a solid talk, especially considering the technical issues which Stephan faced, and that they were not of his making. I've been learning as much as I can about DI over the last few months and this talk really helped me continue rounding out my knowledge and build my confidence with the topic. A great speaker with excellent knowledge of the subject matter.
Whilst I'm proficient with Zend Framework 1 & 2, this talk gave me so many gems which I can begin using straight away, as well as reinforcing some of the approaches which I already take. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced with ZF2, this talk has something for you.
What - no questions at the end! Can only put it down to the fact that Lorna covered a lot of ground in the allotted time, leaving most, (if not all,) of us with something to think about. I certainly learnt something new and although I use most of the tools she mentioned, saw some new opportunities for them. Very informative
