Good overview on how to keep a valuable legacy while going on with the innovation. A quite rare example of how a consolidated, no greenfield project can use new technologies.
Good talk about Agile practices: the title was a bit misleading, I hoped a more detailed view upon the relations with the system administrator.
Slow presentation, didn't explained many choices: since the list of new features is easy to read from the Internet, an explanation of the reasond of the various choices from one of the core developers would have been nice.
Very very bad choice to discontinue APC without a valid User Cache alternative - a dealbreaker.
Interesting and delivered in a good way. The talk could have contained some more technical details, but I can's say which part to elaborate further. Therefore I feel that it was great as an inspirational talk.
Also good that there was time left for questions in the end.
FBMock could be a great solution for me. Thanks Elliot for this talk
Plenty of interesting tips.
