Excellent talk: genuine and funny, the actual experiences Andy had here really shone through. And useful! I learned useful stuff about running a meetup group.
good slides, engaging talk, interesting topic
honest, relevant examples and practical pointers
Inspiring stuff
very brave and interesting talk; important to raise awareness and sensible, usable advice.
maybe the questions section could be a little more interactive (allow the audience to respond or think about things - though I think this is mostly situational)
slides or just the last one ('Resources') could've possibly done with adding a summary of other (short) links (names, hashtags, twitter handles)
good pointers, relevant answers and information, putting things in perspective (effects on personal/relations/business), prompting people to communicate more
thank you for putting the slides up!!

talking was a little rushed but did seem there was enough to cover in the timeslot, good timing and engaging talk
seemed like the presentation could have done with review ('this is really old'), loved the images vs text on slides and the 'guess what component this is' (:
interesting topic, concepts applicable to other situations, awesome to follow how symfony was applied and how various quirks ('features') of different components were solved/implemented
good humour and well done on the questions
Really useful information - shame that we (the audience) dragged the first part out so the rest was a little rushed, but some really strong points on why/how to measure ORM performance.
Props to Mike for telling a very personal story, which rightfully points out how vital it is that we as a community of brainiacs need to take good care of our and eachothers gray matter!
