Great talk - literally the only thing I'd like is to have a shorter "history of mongo(db) extension", and longer on the technical implementations, but that's my personal preference :)

Needed a bit more php focus but a good overview.

A great insight into becoming a better developer, not just from following coding styles. The cartoons and humour kept the energy high in the traditionally-difficult post-lunch slot.

Not sure what DDD had to do with migrations... talk was basically a presentation of de-coupled migration framework. Mis-sell. Well delivered though, very informative - the baleen migration looks very interesting.

Simply great insights into people, really. Loved the scientific approach and the pointers for further reading, the explanations of the different styles of learning and approaches to management.

As far as I'm concerned there's much room for improvement in our industry and I certainly think knowing something about the theory behind it might actually help (a lot!)

Good talk. Will be looking into PPI (such a shame about the choice of name).

Great talk covering a lot of technical information with some good humour thrown in. Even for experienced devs, the SOLID recap at the start was good to make sure the concepts were fresh in the mind. The slides were uncluttered and kept interest, and the intetaction between the presenter and audience keeping the energy flowing.

Good explanation to what PPI framework is, delivery was a affected by the fact Paul tried to squeeze the full 1h talk into 25minutes slot. I'd recommend having a shorter, less marketing focused presentation for technical conference.
