Derick's talks are always worthwhile.

Informative talk, agree that a little more energy would have been welcome. A little more depth in the material wouldn't have hurt either. A demo would have made it a 5.

A great review of many types of caching. The focus that was on mysql was because that is often the bottleneck, so caching their makes a lot of sense.

I've been pushing for code reviews at work. Patrick gave some great examples to help in my argument. It's getting the old school programmers to see the true value.

The code review workflow examples were good.

I'm pretty much guilty of all 10... but this talk hopefully turned me around!

great talk. thanks for giving hints on xhprof use. also demos were quite straightforward.

enjoyed the talk and the hands-on. will definitely be spending more time with symfony!

I loved hearing about AngularJS. I'm looking forward to playing with it on my own. My only suggestions is before talking about the details of the code, have a slide listing what files you will be explaining, how the files interact with each other and give a high level description. Explain that you will be showing the difference between not using AngularJS and using AngularJS. If you did give any of this information, I apologize for missing it. This was a new topic for me, and a lot of new information to soak in.

Good overview of the workflow that can be used to do code reviews and why it is important.
