I really missed examples of bad/good practices. For example you could show how the dpc page with the correct margins will look like.
The talk was also a little bit too short.
Great talk, covered all the things you need to know to get started with phar files. Useful examples gave a good Impression of what is possible.
Font size for live Demo needs to be larger.
Anonymous, Lineke and others: thanks for the feedback! Which parts would you say I could cut? I keep adding slides and information to this talk without ever really removing anything. It barely fits into an hour now, let alone 45 minutes, so I've been meaning to trim some of the content, but I'm not sure which parts are negligible enough to warrant removal.
Amazing presentation, and amazing software! My lib is going on packagist!
Interesting stuff. Good explanation and tips.
Thank you for sharing your project! It's good to see a real-life example of html5 canvas, especially how you solved the scaling and image resolutions issues. Just add slides to go over the list of canvas function calls, illustrate them with screenshot/demo/code from you project, and you'll have a full-fledged talk!
Thanks Estelle for this adhoc presentation about HTML5. I will certainly look into your slidedeck again.
Very interesting talk with good examples and practical advice. Joshua is a good speaker.
My expectations were a bit higher than what was delivered. I liked the idea of getting everyone to contribute back to php as well, since we keep "forgetting" that PHP is open source as well. Could have been more inspiring as well. Rasmus seemed nervous or something because he sounded really weird in the beginning.
We will check frisby out to use with our private api's. The talk was nice, allot of code and examples so I got a good overall impression of what Frisby can do for us.
