Good overview brought by a great speaker. But as mentioned above switching to code examples was distracting and sometimes even irritating.
Entertaining talk. Josh seems like a great comedian, salesman, (hippie) and developer.
Good to get some insights about the architecture and future plans. Think Travis will have an similar impact on community / open source development as github did.
Loved the talk. He was helpful and knowledgeable on what he was talking about. Hope to see more from him again.
Well, you can say the author has had experience with the subject matter. A good understanding of the subject matter and easy to keep her audience's attention.

Good intro to Backbone. Would have loved a longer more intro type of thing, before jumping into the hands on portion, but Evert was very helpful in the course of getting things done.

Nice talk. It's one thing to read about the new stuff online but it's different to have someone present them and say "use this" "don't think you'll ever use this" etc.
