It was interesting, but the use of time could be improved for next time: The intro into docker was pretty long, the live demos went too fast. At the end I still had many of the questions I entered the room with. I think this talk should be made into a tutorial or workshop where it has more time and where it becomes more hands-on and detailed.
Even thought learned a lot about cqrs / event sourcing from other talks / workshop, this talk explained a few more things.
Every time I think I'm making progress in my own speaking style, I watch Ross speak and get reminded how far I have to go.
A beautifully written and delivered talk that was both informative and entertaining. Really helped me to understand what problems a command bus solves, why and how to use one and the patterns involved.
It's at times like this I wish I could give more than 5 thumbs up.
Thijs is a really good speaker, entertaining.
Nice slides, really liked it.
Like always amazing talk! I would really like the idea of a central repository with interfaces for command bus implementations.
entertaining and informative talk, thanks for that.
Interesting talk with good examples of the new development in JavaScript.
Good talk with excellent content. The speaker clearly knew the subject well but delivery could maybe have been a bit more enthusiastic.
Leave out the symfony, it was not relevant. It will give you more time to focus on the essence. The theory was interesting, but brought a bit too fast / too dry. The technical part was pretty interesting, looking forward to reading more about the topic and playing with the code myself.
