Really useful to find out how other people were using Ansible, Michael was good at chairing too and ensured that no one person dominated the discussion or took it off-topic.

Really interesting information about how to reduce the problems with serving video, including some things you might not have thought about (e.g. video length doesn't matter that much, but bit-rate and encoding do). Could have done with a longer slot as 25 minutes meant that the streaming section wasn't covered.

Jon always give informative talks and this was no exception. I don't think I would have considered reading more about the topic without his overview.

This was a good off-the-cuff talk about self-publishing with Lulu.com. We got to hear about how Jeroen uses AsciiDoc and AsciiDoctor to create his manuscript, and Inkscape to produce the cover.

I'm a bit at a loss to explain how I feel like I got an hours' worth of knowledge or more in just 25 minutes in the least hurried, most calm presentation of the weekend. The explanations were noob friendly without being tiresome in the least even if you did have some prior knowledge and the illustrations were perfect.

A presentation full of contagious enthusiasm. Terence's use of examples is... well exemplary. Simple enough to understand, while still illustrating the potential of SVG. Probably my favourite talk of the weekend.

Interesting stuff even for somebody without any intentions of getting into podcasting .

Excellent, indeed. A comparison with similar tech would have been a boon but it was a race against the clock as it was.
