Simpler examples, contrasted with other languages plus explained jargon would have made for a gentler intro.

Another well put together and delivered talk from Jamie. Interesting points raised. Definitely has inspired me to get around to sorting out my own site and domain! Lots of different ideas and resources suggested. A good talk to round off the weekend. Thanks to Jamie for putting on the talk.

A really interesting introduction to the world of bug bounties through Jay's real world experience with a particular app. The story and information was presented in an interesting and easy to understand way. Thanks to Jay for putting on the talk.

Enjoyed the discussion, which had a different perspective than I'd expected. An interesting examination of the human aspects and consequences of the media's handling and reporting of tech stories. Thanks to Catherine and Saskia for putting on the talk.

An interesting panel discussion this year. Top marks to Josh for putting himself out there and taking part! Great to have a young person's perspective. Some salient points made by Caroline on computer science education in schools: “Not everyone is interested in art, but at least everyone gets to do art at school.” Lots of insights all round. Good stuff!

Interesting subject, but the level of assumed knowledge was quite high and I struggled to follow the talk. It would have been good to introduce the basic building blocks, and work on the basis that the audience doesn't have much knowledge about the topic. Thanks to Shevon for taking the time to put on the talk.

Enjoyed the talk. WireGuard is a fascinating new(-ish) technology, and I liked hearing about a practical use of it (to connect to a home network). It was a shame that the demo didn't work (live demos are always a risk!), but thanks to Al for putting on the talk. Will definitely be implementing WireGuard myself.

Another great talk from Doug. Followed on nicely from his talk on optimising images for the web from last year's OggCamp. The information was interesting and presented in an easy to understand way. Liked the bits about using ffmpeg to measure PSNR and other metrics.
