a very nice, relaxed introduction to the usage of Zend_Tool. and a perfect moment to handle my heckles, which was resolved in a true binarykitten fashion.

you rock Kat !

Harrie pitched this talk perfectly, making superb use of visual imagery and humour to ensure that people were able to stay attentive on a talk so late in the day.

The technical content was also of high calibre and I was very glad to have attended this talk, it's a very tricky and difficult subject to implement but Harrie really did all he could to cover as much as possible and present some interesting tools to use.

Very useful talk, pitching it above beginner level and getting right into some of the components that can often be a secondary consideration. Ryan's use of a live php sandbox was instrumental in providing a perfect way to explain Decorators and also provides this on Github (http://github.com/Bittarman/BeachPHP)

A very professional and thought provoking talk, which I can see having some great applications for a great many people. Also particularly pleased to hear Bus Factor mentioned, which is a topic I am particularly fond of! Thank you!

A surprising and entertaining talk produced by an excellent conversationalist. Hope to see more of the talks Thijs alluded toward.

Engaging and Succinct on points.

Loved this presentation. David was funny and not afraid to be opinionated. Certainly, his talk gave me food for thought and made me realise I don't give enough thought to whether my URLs follow any logical or meaningful structure.

Lorna was coherent, spoke a lot of sense and was engaging - the time flew by. A great presentation, which made me consider some things I hadn't really thought about before, and offerent some suggestions I'll try to introduce back in the office.

Impressive first talk and wasn't even put off by the technical mishaps at the start. The LOTR the link was fun and worked well. Very brave to show the real build-box results and I think it added a lot of credibility and weight to the material.

I would have liked to have more detail of the concepts at the end - distributed builds and so on. It felt like too much time was spent at the start covering the generic introductions to unit testing and so on, which we've all (hopefully) seen before. Still, get all that together and maybe come back next year for part two? :)

Excellent talk with superb star trek examples ;) I've never delved into assertions but will be now!
