I didn't feel I really learnt anything here. I was hoping for something more in depth. I did think it was well presented and had good slides.

We are currently using DBDeploy but will have to have a look at Liquibase now. Was hoping for further insight based on experience or best practises but it seems the whole db migrations with RDBMS's will always be a pain in the arse.

Good talk and good use of humour.

Good wrap up. Reminds that we all part of this PHP community and to "share the love". Peace, fellow hippies :)

Have never really looked beyond Apache. I knew nginx existed but I'll think twice when performance is key.

Would be good to revise and cover typical use cases of Apache, i.e. how do you set up virtual hosts, enable url rewriting and ticking those boxes yslow/google page speed complain about.

Really good slides and thanks for travelling down and giving the talk.

Free beer, free food and free direct access to speakers. Awesome.

Even though I missed the first two sessions on the Sunday morning, after a second late night of drinking. I'd do it again a million times over. No disrespect to those speakers of course. I'll definitely be watching the videos.

Enjoyed the talk. Good use of the Twitter mouse over security flaw. That definitely helps to hit home how important functional or acceptance tests are.

Also glad to see you went above the basic assertEquals function and included data providers and data sets.

Bring on that "warm and fuzzy feeling".

Good to get a current snapshot on where ZF2 is and where it's going. Nice to see some code examples using the new namespace support and new best practise error handling.

I like your honesty on the good and the bad of ZF :)

It seemed a bit of a walk from the MCC but it wasn't too bad after a few beers already at the Lass O'Grady.

The room we were in was a good size and I'm sure this helped to encourage people to engage others. I certainly met a few more friends that I hung around with on the Saturday and Sunday because of this.

Good to see the Wii was out but didn't play myself, others certainly did though.

The food there was good, or least the burger meal was.

The slides for this talk are available from google code along with the recorded demo files and sample code.

On reflection I should have been more explicit in the talk summary that I was starting with the basics and building up to better things.
