Talk comments

Great intro to website usability with fun and informative examples.

Amazing talk full of real life examples of distributed systems, scaling, testing and planning to fail. Lots of good insights.

Not so much a series of quickfire talks, but a nonetheless interesting debate on PHP itself, where it should go, and what we should be doing to help.

Intriguing use of the "way the brain thinks" examples leading into a talk on why and how we should make our code more readable for others. And the interactive elements of the talk made it most entertaining.

Difficult way to try and open the conference. Needed to hit the "cartoon villian" note to really get the message across. Delivery wasn't consistent so I was left unsure as to what was sarcastic and what was your genuine opinion. When the whole presentation hinges on the comedic delivery, then it needs to be funny.

Great introduction, look forward to having a go with vagrant.
For a first conference talk it was very good! Got to agree with Elliot, need to slow it down a little!

Amusing crazy man! He managed to get a few pearls of wisdom in between a lot of anti-advice
