One of rare sessions that does not inspire, but makes you depressed. However it's sometimes valuable to revisit strange parts of PHP.
Good way to show how to move away from legacy code by using design patterns. Too bad time was limited and it was possible to show only few of them.
This was one of the talks I learned a lot of. I can directly put this in practice. As said: it could've used some more examples, but apart from that it was a good talk.
At certain points the talk sounded more like a rant, which was kind of recognizable. Learned a lot about the available options and their limitations. Liked this one a lot :)
I'm with Tim and Johan. I expected a talk from the perspective of a hacker. Perhaps an idea for the next time: the way hackers think, which common tricks they try, perhaps with some real-life references?
Enjoyed the talk. The idea behind it is clear, hopefully mentoring will be more and more common in the near future and people take the time for this.
Really enjoyed this one. All worked smoothly with the setup that was provided. The talk complemented the material and we could experiment from the start. During the break I was writing my first acceptance tests :)
Very good delivery of an interesting topic/tool!
I'm happy that soft skill topics also get attention at technical conferences. This one was worth my time, I noted down a couple of topics to explore further.
Really liked the style of presenting. Must say that I really had to hang in there to follow the presentation. The pace could have been a little slower. Apart from that a very useful and informative presentation!
