Clear and nice approach how to use tools like xhprof to improve things in an easy and simple way.

It made it very clear you can improve things with very little effort.

Great talk about Kanban, with a clear explanation how you can start with Kanban within your current progress.

Maybe a little less bashing on other methods would not be a bad thing :-)

Interesting overview of the most common mistakes we can make. Maybe the bootcamp would have had a bigger impact when there would have been some more complex attack samples.

Nice introduction, well presented, unfortunately it did not cover some rough edges you encounter the moment you try to dive deeper into neo4j.

This was a excellent talk. Quite a few very insightful messages.

Very good overview with real-world examples. I'd try to make the examples a bit more "fluid" (which probably means either shortening them or spending more time on them), but considering the 15-min constraint - very well done.

An error in the demo lead us down the path of debugging the debugger. Always pleasant to hear Derick talk about things he's working on.
