Good overview about what will come in PHP 7.
Luka is a great presenter, the talk provides good points on why monitoring is essential for a modern day web app and how to approach the problem of monitoring.
Nice flow, presented well and as Nikola mentioned maybe add a recap at the end to see what a full ansible provisioning would look like.
Presented really well, enjoyed every slide of it! Learned new things and went home wanting to learn more about the subject.
As usual, Sara was great :D
I really enjoyed this enthusiastic talk.
Great to see a bright future PHP7, which hum looks more and more like Java... #convergence
Great talk.
Key take-away: one does not simply have scalability issues!
All you need is to "just" fix your code :D
It is not often that pure wisdom is so clearly visible in the way someone speaks. That however obviously is the case when experiencing this talk. Experiencing, not just listening, as the presenter takes you by the hand and makes you feel part of his stories. Excellent presentation. Excellent performance. Thanks!
As said by others already, if you want to promote a 'new' system, why bash another one? I'm sure there's much more to be told about Kanban without trying to tear down Scrum or any other method. Of course, you can compare them, but try to be less opinionated.
What I did miss in your talk is the focus on the pull vs push principle and the extreme flexibility of Kanban. Instead of stating your own findings as absolute truth, you may want to keep a more open way of presenting for examples the number of columns and/or swimming lanes.
Nevertheless, a very valuable introductory talk to Kanban.
Your talked provided a lot of (basic) information on what to do when getting hacked. Definitely a useful resource.
If you want to further improve this talk, you may want to add a bit more structure to the presentation. For example by dividing it in clear chapters and outlining those in your first slide.
Very nice tutorial, thanks Andreas! One tip: I've had some issues with composer and PHP Unit as mentioned below. Thanks again, and keep up the good work!
