Excellent talk with really good slides. Good tips and rules of thumb for making your code.
Great talk. Easily-digestible way to work your way into some of the Clean Code principles. Easy to read slides. This would make a great lunch and learn for a team.
great talk, gave me defined rules that I always semi aware of. And it also gave me new rules I never even thought of.
I've been struggling wrapping my head around traits for a while now. Not anymore! Mike did an excellent job of showing practical examples as well as answering all my questions. I'm very excited about using traits in upcoming projects.
Very informative talk, although I would like to have seen a bit more advanced topics. Though the top 3 things are still relevant, they have been presented in many talks in the past. Also, many frameworks and libraries protect against some of the most basic attacks. I would have also like to see measures to prevent common web apps to get hacked like WP, Joomla, Drupal, etc.
Nice keynote giving a different perspective from what most of us are used to.
This is such an important topic but by its very nature, the people who truly understand it can find it hard to tell those stories. Ed gave so much of himself to tell that story today, I tweeted that he is a hero, and I meant it.
Wasn't sure what I was going to take away from this, I knew about most of the tools she covered but I was surprised to learn a lot of new things about most of them.
I really enjoyed this presentation. Jeremy brought good technical content, backed up with clear examples, and presented in a way that was very easy to approach and digest. Questions from the audience (including me) can be tricky to handle but he did a great job.
Alwaya wondered about Varnish, and got to see some actual real helpful varnish rules.
