Gave a nod to frameworks that have their own versioning solutions and then gave a well organized discussion of the issue of versioning patches in a team scenario with branch merges. Tools were discussed.

poor performance is almost never due to php code so don't look to fix your php first. check your db queries! then io (vmstat, iostat). If it is your code, understand and then use Derick's debug tools. Maybe practice failure while learning these to understand performance.

What is all this JS stuff? OK, Node.JS looks like a useful tool with Redis a message queue and websockets? The talk could use a little more focus on a theme and take home lesson.

The new angle is of course using AngularJS. I haven't used JS or templating so it was all new to me but I thought Pablo did a good job of highlighting the the awesome features you get when using twig with AngularJS.

Pictures of people nobody seemed to know but the words were powerful => Teams: diversity, trust, credit; Bees with machine guns; Facilitating community and practicing failure. Harper was a very engaging speaker.

Great talk, learned about a lot of things. I've enjoyed listening to Eric present, his enthusiasm for technology is contagious.

Eric did a great job presenting and of course, it's always hard to hear about the issues with the language so many of us use; but I thought he was a good sport about it as was the audience.

It was great to learn about the combo of Selenium and PHPUnit. I've never seen Selenium in action before but I followed along just fine. Would have liked to see some more information about setup given the time available at the end.

I agree with others regarding the awesomeness of the content and the delivery. I had only heard about Composer prior to the talk. It's nice to know there is 'a better way'.

It was hilarious, which I expected, but I didn't expect it to be as informative as it was! Learned quite a few things!
