Humor and illustrative examples in the same talk definitely made everything stick. I learned a huge amount from this talk, as evidenced by my live-Tweeting of just about everything I didn't know before the talk began!

Excellent talk on the work that Drupal has done to bring out version 8.

Absolutely amazing talk. Yitz claimed that this talk was for beginner developers, but a developer of any level should hear and take to heart the maxims that Yitz brings to light. The memes were an excellent choice for each point he drove home, and the overall tone and message makes this one of the best soft talks I've ever heard.

Excellent talk about starting your own companies, especially since it let people know that there will be struggles. Told a very good story as well as helped give some tips for people that are following this same path.

We are starting to use SPL more because we've noticed many frameworks are using it. Great presentation.

Amazing talk. Easily keynote worthy.

As with no experience in Laravel it would have been great to see also the features which are some layers upwards like how is the ORM and templating working.

Very intersting, Joshua does a good job of selling the usefulness and shortcomings of the current SPL implementation.

Interesting inside of how to handle a major upgrade and also take care about the community. Definitely every open source project can learn from that. But please don't use a dark blue font color on black background anymore. ;)

Great talk with a lot of good info. Maybe have shorter bullet points (or don't read them verbatim). When you read each bullet point it feels flat. When you talked about each point, it was great (felt much more natural).
