A pretty good talk overall. But I was hoping for a few specific insights on PHPs inner workings that would have helped me write better or more efficient programs. It could have gone a bit deeper at points. To bad it didn't because the speaker had 15 minutes to spare at the end.
Nice and informative talk. Definitely going to talk to our sys admins to install some of the tools Bastian showed us.
Great talk by a natural speaker. I loved the little examples about the possibilities if PHP had lisp-like macros.
A great talk and a very good speaker.
A great hands-on tutorial. Loved it. It was great that I could just download a Vagrant box and have everything up and running, ready to go.
Two little tips:
* Maybe skip a few of the earlier todo points and leave them as homework. This would make more time for the later examples. Near the end, the speaker was going quite fast and it was hard to keep up using a hands-on approach. Near the end I just set back and watched the speaker do its thing so I could actually absorb what was going on.
* Please add Curl and two different browsers to the requirements.
A good talk. I enjoyed the real-world examples the most.
