Lots of cool info and very useful, only improvement I can think of is to add some humor to spice thungs up a little!

Enjoyed the talk, learned quite a lot of new tricks from Postgres.
I liked to learn more about how Drupal is embracing new technologies like Symfony, DI etc. in v8 but also ways to use them in v7 .Most of all I enjoyed learning the issues he community is faced with in this whole process and how it's not that easy to "just dump everything on github". Special thanks to 'Jam' for helping to explain this.

Informative, friendly speaker. I'd like to see improvements on the flow and speed of the talk. Also I do believe Ike knows what he's talking about and has a well working setup however a little 'marketing sauce' wouldn't hurt: instead of "yeah, you could use this and this", just be proud and say: "this is quite awesome, you should really try this out!"
While it seemed to start with very black/white statements it appeared to be just that way to start a discusssion. It was a lot of fun, one point that could be improved is that the statements were sometimes related to each other very much.
Nice use of phpstorm for refactoring. Picked up a few good tips
A pretty decent talk about his career, not something I would do as a keynote though. it did wow me into this years conference, unlike the last couple of years!
