I found Erika's talk very informational and to the point. She convinced me using Ansible!
One of my favorite talks. I wish to see Matt talk next year.
The whole talk was a clone of a Laracast's video, so there wasn't much to learn if one had already watched the video.
I found the speaker was speaking very fast.
It was hard to understand at times and some of the slides with lots of graphs needed a bit more explanation. However, it's extremely brave to tell such a relevant and personal message in a language that is not your mother tongue. 100% respect!
I felt the goal was to make me as a TDD novice feel less guilty about my non-perfect implementation. I think it really contributed to that. It was a an honest, open and relevant talk any TDD novice should see (twice).
I agree with Michelle, the confidence and humor made it a 5/5 talk!
Good talk, got me interested into using Doctrine with Laravel. Yes it was fast at times, but I found it fairly easy to understand. Maybe an explanation of the benefits in relation to DDD + short example on relationships would be a good addition.
I had never heard of Neo4j before, and now I'm working through some tutorials. Thanks, really inspiring and hands-on.
Ross Tuck is heading towards greatness. Every talk shows the incredible grasp he has on the topics he covers, whilst injecting humour at the right points, great use of body language, and an ability to grasp at one's heart strings with a warmth you'd expect not from a stranger, but from your family or friends - the latter, something of which I now consider him to be.
Ross Tuck is going far, and he's taking the audience with him every time. An absolute pleasure, a brilliant closing keynote to the conference and probably the most inspirational talk I've ever witnessed. Truly a pleasure.
All the best, Ross - see you again soon I hope :)
Awesome presentation.
