I agree the details were sparse, but I am a single developer and have never been exposed to code reviews in the past.

Learning the general process was helpful.

As a single developer, I have not used git other than to play around so it was a bit much for me. Still, I enjoyed your talk and can see where adding git as a disciple will only benefit me in the future - especially since I'm looking to rejoin the work force!

I agree, there are times when strict adherence to the 'rules' can stifle production. At the same time, those practices do help keep one in line!

Enjoyed the presentation. I suspect small to medium projects wouldn't really benefit refactoring for noSQL.. but I can see where large apps could.
