Great overview of user experience design and some details on various topics related to dealing with customer interaction.

A good overview but a little perfunctory. Would have enjoyed a little more in-depth presentation.

Dense, informative presentation. Hit all the high points, managed to cram a lot of practicable, useful techniques and ideas into 45 minutes.

I think some of the critiques here are a bit harsh. Self promotion is a normal human endeavor. But he was a little light on PHP. Overall, enjoyed the talk and his enthusiasm.

HTML5 is an exciting topic, but he mostly talked about the features instead of showing demos about what HTML5 and CSS3 can do.

More show; less tell.

please don't confuse people by professing that CSS3 is part of HTML5

Knew the topic but not really an engaging presentation

The speaker was very nervous through the first half and it was hard to follow him due to shaking voice. The speaker is knowledgeable and seems to have much experience. I appreciate that he touched on security and other related topics.

Enjoyed the talk. Dry subject made interesting

The content presented was good, but I expected more examples. The talk was very short. It felt like a teaser.
