Great presentation. Learned a few helpful tips, and was entertained. Josh knows what he is talking about.

I enjoyed the presentation. The topic was a little overwhelming, but I understood everything presented. I would love a link to his slides / presentation so I can review some of the information he provided.

I think Steve did a great job at explaining some of the issues in PHP security, and enjoyed the presentation.

I enjoyed seeing a large scale application to MySQL, and some of the history behind it. I was hoping to have a little more meat to the presentation, like how to implement a robust implementation that avoids joins. Benefits / Cons to types of implementations, and things he has learned along the way.

Great talk, I enjoyed the real life application motivation in his talk. Its not just enough to do things behind a computer, but be involved in making a difference.

Basic introduction to installing and configuring Shorewall. I wish there had been more to the presentation as it was very short and didn't show very much of the application. Presenter demonstrated installing shorewall and configuring it to allow ssh traffic between various interfaces.

Loved his talk, and the overview of the improvements in php. After his talk I'm motivated to improve my c skills and help out over at bugs.php.net

Mike dived right into the command line options for QEMU and showed us all how to configure and run multiple instances with various settings. Explained various options in detail and concluded the lecture with the recommendation to just use a GUI as it would be easier to configure and would have ~90% of the options available.

This talk has taken me from considering ZFS to being excited to install it on my desktop and various servers. The talk was well presented and covered most of the basic concerns and requirements to get ZFS up and running.

Josh did a great job. I really enjoyed the presentation; he had good examples and reasons for responsive design. I wish I could share his presentation with my team at the office.
