Really enjoyable talk. Good balance between the theory, technical and sample application.
Superb talk! Couldn't be better.
Well presented, good easy to follow slides and examples.
It's a massive topic with so much to try and squeeze into an hour, Tobias did a really good job.
Another well presented and interesting talk, following up well on his talk from a few years ago.
It's given me a lot to think about, including important things to consider when developing my own projects.
A useful talk that has inspired me to yet again look at our development/deployment practices at work to see what we can improve.
This was an interesting and very well presented talk.
I would also have liked to have heard more about dark launches and other deployment/delivery techniques.
The only other comment I would make would be that some of the text on the slides was very hard to read from nearer the back of the hall. Yes it only repeated what Sebastian was already saying but what's the point of putting text on the slides at all if only half your audience can read it.
Always good to see Microsoft taking the piss out of themselves and actually talking some sense. Shame about the internet problem though.
I don't drink tea or coffee, and since water was only available during the morning break (and some OJ at lunch) I was disappointed with the drink selection. I'd like to see water in real glasses, rather than plastic cups - or better still - plastic bottles that can be taken into the auditorium (tho the cost/environmental concerns about that might not be so great)
Biscuits during the break were plentiful and tasty which was great.
Edible - except the cabbage thing which was vile. Plenty of seating which was excellent. I'll probably eat out nearby next time though.
Enjoyed the talk covering lots of the considerations for building for mobile. Very dense and wide catchment on the various areas, but I felt as the net was too wide. For the material covered, I would think you could talk about it for at least another hour!
I expected much of it wasnt specifically php but at the same time maybe it would have been better to cover more of the various directions people have pushed php in this mobile context?
