Talk comments

For me, the best talk I saw at the conference. The slides were amazingly clear and the talk was very well structured. Pretty much text book "how should I do a talk". Speaker was saying things that weren't always new to me, but that made me immediately agree with what they were saying when it was new information. Speaker was obviously very experienced and knowledgeable and was able to provide clear and honest answers after the talk.

This was a great talk with lots of valuable insights giving by a great speaker!

It definitely gave me a lot of value. Some parts of my projects are going to get a good overhaul implementing your pointers!

Good job!

I feel like the demo should've been less about "here's how we play Wiezen" and more about "here's what event sourcing is and why it's powerful". I feel like you needed a pretty decent understanding already of what Event Sourcing is to be able to follow with the talk.

Also would've loved some more technical background (e.g. "didn't use a framework because reasons x, y").

I felt it was an original idea to ask questions to the audience, until I realised they were actual "please help me"-questions, I think it would've been better suited to propose a "I would like to discuss this further and have some actual questions, anyone with experience, do you want to get together later and discuss this".

Interesting but not 100% what I was expecting.

However, the structure was clear, the examples were good and the slides were informative.

I did notice it was not your native tongue, which made it sometimes a bit hard to follow. No worries though, this is something you can work on and improve.

Kudos already for stepping up to the plate and giving the presentation!

Loved the food! Loved the atmosphere!

A talk I probably learnt nothing from, I probably will never do something with, but still highly entertaining and original. Speaker used a lot of humor and this is a presentation that would be well suited for a larger audience. From all the talks I saw at the Uncon, highly deserved the speaker spot for next year!

Great overview of the deprecated and the new bits in Symfony5. Just enough teasing to get me curious on figuring out the new functionality.

I've seen you speak before and it was always a great experience. However, this time fell like you had a bit of an off day.

But nonetheless, great talk, fun slides and jokes in between and I know you're a great speaker.

In contrast to others, I liked the intro. Even though there wasn't necessarily anything new in it for me, I think others could really use the refresher or it would be convenient to take the slides to internal people and convince them of "why is this necessary".

I think you're a great speaker with a nice pace, clear explanation and excellent slides.

This was a great intro into ReactPHP, the real React, showing us the possibilities and how to get started.
Also loved the interactive demo, was a nice touch!

Speaker's English was very hard to understand and the slides had a bunch of grammar errors as well. After 30 minutes I felt like I still hadn't heard anything relevant.
