This cleared up a few misconceptions I had about the project, as it's come a long way from the compiler model of years past. Beyond the VM and JIT itself, I appreciated the look into some of the internal tools and features that have yet to be fully published.

The workshop was paced very well and Sara's material and delivery were both excellent. The git repository used for exercises and code exploration will definitely be useful references in the future.

This was a very interesting peek into the inner working of the decision making process at Wordpress. While it may not relate to most of our daily jobs this provided very unique data into the creation of one of the most important pieces of PHP software.

Nacin did a great job of presenting it and backing the data with numbers and insights.

This talk was amazing. Thank you Ed for bringing so much of yourself to this talk and showing people that they may not be alone in their problems. It seems to me that this is a common trend amongst developers and giving them the confidence to stand up and find a solution or at least comfort in a group is truly a important step.

Great talk, great delivery.

Really great introduction to PHPUnit Selenium, great information about the firefox plugin. I would have liked to see an intro to WebDriver and some other ways to interact with Selenium via PHPUnit, especially since the talk ran a little short. The information that was there was very good though, and the presentation was engaging.

This was my first time seeing Ben speak, very good information. I could tell Ben was very comfortable with the information he was presenting, good mix of solid information and humor.

Great presentation, good slides and Rafael has great stage presence. Good information, good job!
