Paul has tons of insights into code organization, and I'm looking forward to applying this pattern as soon as I get a chance. Very good explanations and patient answers to questions. I plan on picking up his book for modernizing legacy code to benefit even more from all his experience.

Great talk with lots of steps to follow in bootstrapping your own development environment. I'd love to see even more details on the optional vagrant configuration details, but a great start to this topic. Thanks!

Talk was so good, I wanted into the next room and bought his book. That should say enough. Very knowledgeable speaker who explained things clearly. Thanks for diving into a hard-to-handle topic.

Very refreshing to see someone address the non-technical and non-profit-based aspects of programming. Didn't hurt that he's a super charismatic guy with fantastic presentation skills.

So much content covered in an hour, my head was spinning. Very good balance of content and details. Caught me up on several years of PHP on a high level in a clear and well thought out way. Excellent talk.

Very knowledgeable and well-spoken presenter. Knew the material very well and answered questions with clean, thought out responses. I didn't have a lot of symfony experience, and thought this would be a good primer for what to look out for as I get more familiar. I got a lot out of the talk even without a lot of prior knowledge. Very enjoyable.
